The easy way to exercise more

Exercise is important. But making an effort to exercise regularly is a lifestyle decision, and of the most important choices you will make when it comes to your health. You can try any type of exercise you like–High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), aerobic exercise, strength training and even stretching, flexibility, posture and balance moves–but the important thing is to move your body, and regularly. And if you exercise hard enough to run out of breath from time to time, trust me, that’s a good thing.

Just breaking a sweat will encourage you to work out more and do more. After a couple of weeks of regular workouts, you’ll feel inspired to take it a step further, and then a little more. At a certain point, you’ll find that a weekly exercise routine not only becomes second nature, but a habit you can’t live without.
